Description

The previous two parts of this tutorial showed how to embed 3D models in web pages using X3D and Webgl. The examples given did not have texture files, below are three points to take into account when using texture files. 1. Web page and texture file must be uploaded to a server 2. Use the latest version of Blender (at least 2.59) 3. Dimensions of the texture file must be a power of two! The third point is a bug that should be fixed in the future. It does mean redoing uv mapping of existing models (unless someone can fine a way without). All files used and created can be downloaded from - blender.freemovies.co.uk There will also be relevant links and other materials and tutorials.
